Customer Content
Customers are solely responsible for all content, designs, text, and graphics submitted for printing. By placing an order, customers confirm that they have the legal authority and rights to use the submitted materials. The company is not responsible for any infringement arising from customer-provided content.
Content posted on the website is the responsibility of the individual who posted it. We do not control or monitor customer-submitted content and are not liable for any offensive, indecent, or inappropriate material posted by users. Each registered account holder is responsible for all activities conducted through their account. The company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove content that violates applicable laws or policies. Where legally required, we may disclose customer content to authorities.
Design Files
Customers may request low-resolution design files (72 DPI). Requests for high-resolution design files must be submitted via email and may be subject to additional conditions.
Customer-Submitted Artwork
Artwork must be submitted in CMYK color mode with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Conversion from RGB to CMYK may result in color variations. The company is not responsible for color discrepancies, image distortion, or blurriness caused by customer-supplied artwork.
Proofing and Matching
Customers must review and approve the specification sheet before production begins. The specification sheet includes all mandatory details, and the customer is responsible for proofreading and confirming accuracy. Any details not included in the approved specification sheet are not the company’s responsibility.
Once the final proof is approved, no further changes will be accepted. Color matching is only guaranteed if a color match proof is ordered. Without a color match proof, the company is not responsible for color variations.
Materials
Standard paper stock is used for printing. Customers requiring food-grade materials must notify the company at the time of order placement. The company is not liable for errors once proofs and layouts are approved by the customer.
Color Accuracy and Hardcopy Proofs
Due to printing limitations, final printed products may vary slightly from on-screen previews, with up to 90% color accuracy. A 100% color match is only guaranteed if a hardcopy proof is ordered at an additional cost. Customers acknowledge and accept inherent printing limitations.
Indemnity
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company, its employees, officers, and directors against any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from customer-provided content, unauthorized materials, or misuse of printed products.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled at different stages of production, subject to the following charges:
• Stage 1 (Order Placement): 10% of the total order value
• Stage 2 (Design Processing): 20% of the total order value
• Stage 3 (Press Stage): Minimum 50% of the total order value
• Stage 4 (Shipment): Orders cannot be canceled
Design orders are non-refundable once initiated.
Returns and Refunds
Each invoice is treated separately. If an error occurs on our part, we will reprint the order. Refunds are not provided.
Reprints
Customers must report missing, damaged, or defective items within three (3) business days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted. Returned items must be authorized by the company and sent back within ten (10) days of delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged and Lost Packages
Customers must inspect packages upon delivery and report any damage or missing items within three (3) business days. Variations of up to 5% in order quantity are industry standard. Customers are advised to order additional quantities if exact numbers are required. Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer may result in additional shipping charges.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the company, its employees, vendors, or suppliers be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website. All use is at the customer’s own risk.
